“Growing up on a small family farm in Hawaii has been one of the most wonderful experiences of my life.  As a chef, whether I’m in Miami, Naples, New York, Lima, or Honolulu it has given me a unique appreciation and perspective for the places and people that produce our food.  Working with communities and ecosystems in a sustainable format, truly is a win for everyone.  // Art inspires me - being part of a team and creating something incredible together - is what makes it worth it!
